For me, resilience means building a business that can adapt, grow, and continue moving forward even when conditions change.

Technology can accelerate good systems.

But when we sit down and look at it together — nine times out of ten it's not a business problem.

It's a clarity problem.

This was a surreal moment.

While traveling through Washington, D.C., I looked up and saw my Google AI feature displayed across the airport.

Moments like this remind me that the work matters.

Not because of the spotlight, but because of what it represents: years of building, learning, adapting, and creating systems that help businesses operate more effectively.
