Jet Cone Rush: Ice Cream Delivery (Mobile) is an arcade game about delivering ice cream to impatient customers across busy streets.

You play as a helper robot named Jet Cone. Your job is to pick up orders, cross busy streets, make your deliveries, and try to keep everybody happy while earning the highest score you possibly can. There are different game modes you can unlock, letting you keep things casual or make the streets a lot less forgiving over time.

Inspired by games like Frogger and Diner Dash, it's simple to pick up, quick to play, and built around getting from the ice cream truck to the customer before time runs out.

it is currently available on Itch.io for Windows and Android. iOS is coming very soon.

There’s been a lot of talk about PlayStation moving away from physical discs in 2028.

To be honest with y'all, with the way digital media and media as a whole been trending, I kinda saw this coming. I don’t think physical media is gonna disappear completely, but I do think it’s going to become more of a niche over time.

We’ve already seen this happen before. We went from Blockbuster, to Redbox, to streaming. Convenience changed how people watched movies, and now it’s changing how some folks buy games.

Physical media will still matter for collectors, preservation, ownership, and resale. But the industry has been moving in this direction for a while now.

With convenience, comes progression.

Game Dev Thought:

Simple games are not easy games to make.

Sometimes, simple is harder because there are a lot of small working parts that have to be perfected.

The controls, timing, feedback, rules, difficulty, and player flow all have to feel right.

I got the hard part out the way and got one one the customers in the game. the only thing is they are crooked. but that's alright cause I know exactly how to fix it. I'm just glad one thing is going smooth.

so far, I made a characters/customers for Jet Cone Rush. These characters pop up as customers for the player. Tera, Jaylen and Toya. I plan to make more customers to pull from for the player to interact/deliver to in the game.
