Another fantastic artist from our Pride Month Art Pop Up!

Jason Santiago
Untitled, Digital type C print, 2024

Jason Santiago is a photographer working in documentary and street traditions, creating black-and-white images that transform ordinary encounters into charged, poetic scenes. His practice is driven by attention to gesture, atmosphere, and the brief moments when chaos, vulnerability, and beauty converge.

This work documents a Pride celebration as a moment of visibility, joy, and shared presence. My intention was to honor the LGBTQ community not as spectacle, but as people claiming public space with dignity, tenderness, and self-determination.

Our Pride Month Art Pop Up is on display now through July 18th! Stop in to enjoy this wonderful art and then vote for your favorite work. The winners will get a yearlong consignment with the gallery.

Meet The Artists June 18th 5pm to 8pm. The artists will talk over their artworks and inspirations as well as mingle with everyone. It will be a good time for all.

Meet the next artist included in our Pride Month Art Pop Up! Abraham Anderson is a jeweler and metalsmith based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His work often explores themes of q***r identity and the natural world.

Give us our roses, chasing and repoussé on copper, 2026

This piece was inspired by the phrase “give us our roses while we are still here” that was created during transgender day of remembrance. Give us our roses was created to highlight the importance of caring for transgender people while they are still alive, and not only caring once they have died.

Our Pride Art Pop Up is running now through July 18th. June 18th is our Meet the Artist's night! Those awesome makers who can attend will give a short talk about their selected pieces and detail their artistic practices. The event starts at 5pm and goes until 8pm.
Don't forget to vote when you come in to the gallery! Vote for your favorite pieces and the winners will get a yearlong consignment with the gallery! Plus, if you really love one of these works, buy it! All of the works in the show are currently for sale.

Parker John Hurkman
STRAIGHTEN OUT: GARDEN OF LIFE,
Watercolor paint on paper, 2025

Parker John Hurkman is a multidisciplinary artist majoring in Design and Visual Communication and does figure-focused explorations of life’s experiences through his primary medium: Watercolor.

This painting focuses on my personal experience of growing up and concealing certain aspects of myself to prevent ridicule. It pertains to the effort of modifying parts of one's identity to gain acceptance. Additionally, it explores the beauty associated with accepting your identity and the resilience of the q***r community.

See this incredible watercolor and more expressive work in our Pride Month Art Pop Up show running now through July 18th!
