Have some batteries come in that were fleet maintained from a large nearby golf course, pulled not because of any issues just routine swap out or as I call it tax write offs for large business, so ive got 11 relion insight gc2 48v 51.2v 30ah batteries in total, i have verified voltage and charge capacity of each battery and all measure out to 30ah capacity just like when they were new and ran $1200 each give or take a few These can not be ran in series bit you can run them in parallel up to 10 , i have only 1 canbus guage and cables yo link them together which ill include for whoever buys 5 or more, otherwise you can get compatible displays and link cables from relion or other places online , will work out a good price for all 11 or any combination of units if interested . Then ive got a 205ah 48v evolution lifepo4 in a steel enclosure that was pulled from a wrecked cart with less than 600 miles on the cart, its flawless and ready to drop in . And i also have a kandi kart 48v 150ah with steel enclosure came in from a wrecked cart and during the wreck somehow the bms was damaged and I could not find a reasonable factory compatible bms so I installed a 300 amp bluetooth bms I use in most of all my built battery. So this battery is not compatible with a kandi kart due to missing required canbus communication to the motor controller. But will work absolutely fine with and lead cart thats being lithium swapped

I just got my confirmation of some items heading my way to add to my bench built lithium batteries

Ive been learning about additional safety devices i can implement into my batteries for those who want a better method of protecting not just their lithium batteries but the cart, boat,vehicle or even their hone the battery is located within, and no have finally got my foot in the door for automatic aerosol fire suppression systems that are mounted inside the battery and if gases or fire is detected by the system it releases a certain amount of a product That has a chemical reaction and essentially chokes out a flame feom being able to burn especially when its inside a tightly sealed steel enclosure with a one way pressure release valve like I already use. The components it discharges does not corrode the bms system or cause oxidation when it is ever released so the battery obviously damaged to a certain extent can still have parts that can be salvaged and repurposed even the bms system.

Ill be offering the suppression system and a moisture containment pack as an additional on to batteries i build. Only if the buyer wants either that is .

And no the suppression system is not so expensive that its unreasonably priced . Size of system depend upon battery overall size and unoccupied airspace within

If youre looking for a 72v lithium battery for your cart look no further, I have 60 units in hand ready to install,
They are 76.8v 100ah (a step up from a normal 72v for more performance) with gotion 105ah cells, rated for 210 amp continous 1050 amp 10 second burst (mfg discharge rates not some made up numbers)
With a top quality ant brand 24s can bus/rs485 Bluetooth bms with case mounted battery guage that is canbus connected to the bms and also displays any errors if one was to come up.

Normally a 76.8v would cost you anywhere from $2500 to $3500 depending on bells and whistles that don't extend your range.

The ones im offering are new,tested,assembled and ready to install for $1700 local pick up or i can ship for $2000 for 1 or save on shipping and fit more on the same pallet for very little more

New 150ah 51.2v lifepo4 lithium battery with 300a/900a Bluetooth bms i just painted and assembled. $1400

Cells are properly compressed and contained with firm foam lining the bottom sides and top providing a cushion to protect the cells from hard bumps/impacts, cells are even further protected with fiberglass sheets between the individual cells so there's less of a chance the cells wear a hole in the shrink wrap and short out, all cells are new/and personally capacity tested and matched with cells of same capacity and internal resistance for the best assembled battery available. After testing all cells matched for the build are connected in parallel as one large 3.2v battery and then charged up fully and allowed to rest 24hr before assembly to allow the cells to become fully balanced

Im a individual building all my batteries by myself at my workbench, from painting the enclosures or custom making a enclosure due to size restrictions i handle it all and even though they are custom builds I don't and wont charge outrageous custom build prices like some others at $3200 for a 105ah 51.2v .no way thats unacceptable throwing money away with those for marketing expenses and corporate greed.

Ill gladly build you any battery you want at a fair price and warranty my builds for 3 years with a few exceptions, void if: water damage, loose connection on terminals causing damage, if lid has been removed, and if the enclosure shows signs of abuse and misuse like large dents and missing fasteners.
