- Implement scalable architecture and state management using Bloc, Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, GetX, or similar technologies.
- Optimize application performance, stability, memory usage, and responsiveness across different devices.
- Debug and resolve application bugs, crashes, performance issues, and production problems.
- Manage Android and iOS builds, releases, signing, and deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Follow Git based development practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain clean, reusable, and well structured code.
- Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver reliable features.
- Take ownership of assigned features from development and testing through deployment and post release maintenance.

- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart with experience developing production grade applications.
- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, responsive UI, navigation, animations, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle.
- Hands on experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, local storage, Firebase, and third party integrations.
- Good understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, Repository Pattern, or similar architectural approaches.
- Strong experience with at least one state management solution such as Bloc, Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
- Experience with Git, debugging, testing, CI/CD, and mobile application deployment.
- Experience developing and maintaining large scale production applications.
- Experience with WebSockets, payment integration, deep linking, maps, analytics, and advanced Firebase services.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated mobile application deployment.
- Experience integrating AI powered APIs or AI enabled features will be an advantage.
