While Joe focuses on getting well enough to return to the helm, I am continuing to run Syracuse Semiconductors in addition to my full-time job.

Nichicon is phasing out their UEP Series. This is the 105 degree bi-polar/Non Polar. Their replacement is an 85 degree version UES. Would you rather I switch manufacturers or supply 85 degree on the bi-polars.

Opinion Poll.... With Nichicon Capacitors phasing out several series and becoming rather difficult to obtain, what other brand of capacitors do you consider to be superior for repairing your monitors?

Over the past year, I’ve been standardizing on Nichicon, but availability has become a real challenge. If you had to choose an alternative, what brand would you trust most?
