⚠️ Phishing scams are everywhere, making it crucial to protect yourself from getting hooked. Cybercriminals use fake emails and websites to steal your personal information or install malware on your device. Always be on the lookout for red flags in your inbox like generic greetings, urgent requests, or unexpected attachments that lure you into taking the bait.

Premier Communications is honored to receive the 2024 Hometown Hero Award from Innovative Systems, which recognizes our extraordinary response to the flooding that impacted many local communities earlier this summer. From proactively protecting our core network from rising waters to our quick response and recovery efforts in local towns, we are grateful for a Team that always goes the extra mile to serve our communities.

October is Cyber Security Awareness Month and a great time to make sure your accounts are secure with multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring two or more verification steps to log in. This could be a combination of:
• Something you know (a password)
• Something you have (a mobile device)
• Something you are (fingerprint or facial recognition)
MFA makes it much harder for attackers to access your accounts, even if they have your password. Visit the Settings page of your accounts to make sure MFA is enabled for maximum security.
