Full-time entry to midlevel technology support role in one of our modern call centers.
Profile: An technically minded, adaptable, efficient, patient communicator and good listener who applies sincerity and responsibility to create helpful customer relationships.

Minimum requirements for the Internet/VOIP Support Representative are:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Preferred Work Experience:
1+ year of Customer Service phone skills
1+ year of on-the-job heavy computer systems working with multiple software applications and operating system settings.
6 months+ in technical support or sales of a technology product.
Minimum Education needed:High School Diploma or equivalent
