Congratulations to Talia on her promotion to Accounts Receivable Supervisor! Talia has shown strong leadership within accounts receivable, and we’re excited to see her step into this new role.

We’re also excited to congratulate Lucy on her promotion to Marketing Coordinator! As she transitions from graphic design into marketing, Lucy brings the creativity, growth, and experience she’s built as a designer into this next chapter.

To celebrate Tawana’s five-year anniversary, we asked her manager to share a few words about what she brings to the team:

"Dependability. Tawana is someone we can count on, day in and day out. When she's on something, it gets done.

A "whatever it takes" attitude. No matter what gets asked of her, Tawana's answer is yes. She doesn't draw lines around her job description, and she never makes anyone feel like they're asking too much. That willingness makes a real difference when priorities shift or the schedule gets tight.

Helping wherever she's needed. Tawana steps in wherever the work is. If an area is short-handed or a job needs extra hands, she's there without being asked twice. People like Tawana are what keep the department moving, and much of what she does happens quietly in the background.

Tawana, thank you for five years of hard work, flexibility, and showing up for this team every day. You make my job easier and you make the people around you better. I'm glad you're here, and I'm looking forward to many more years working together.

When a recent apparel order had excess inventory, we connected with Charitable Recycling Ohio to help put those items to good use in the community.

More than 900 shirts found a new purpose through the donation effort, reducing waste and helping those who can benefit from them.

We're proud to support initiatives that extend the life of quality products and create a positive impact beyond the original project.
