Tom brings 13 years of experience in the messaging industry, spanning sales, sales development, and marketing, with several years focused on the UK and Irish markets.

His approach is simple: listen first, solve second.

Tom sees sales and marketing as two parts of the same system—understanding real business challenges and turning that insight into solutions people actually use.
