Minimum Qualifications ๐
Bachelor's degree. A minimum of two to four years of administrative experience are required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.

The Resilience Program Manager is responsible for preparation of legislative items, shaping policy frameworks into actionable items, incorporating resilience and sustainability policies into County contracts and procurement and implementing resilience policy in general. Focus areas include the advancement of proactive solutions in the areas of resilience and adaptation to the impacts of climate change, resource conservation, water quality protection, energy efficiency and clean energy.
This position is responsible for providing support and assistance to the County in executing the overall environmental mission of the County and monitoring environmental policies and programs that place an emphasis on the above-mentioned matters.
