Neaiškūs darbo procesai, nuolat besikeičiantys prioritetai, tarpusavyje nesuderinti įrankiai ir kasdienė veiklos trintis palaipsniui sukuria spaudimą, kuris turi neigiamos įtakos dar gerokai anksčiau, nei pasirodo pirmieji perdegimo požymiai.

Šis iššūkis tapo pagrindu vienai naujausių mūsų vystomų inovacijų.

Adroiti Technologies vykdo projektą „UAB Adroiti DI platforma darbuotojų perdegimo prevencijai ir darbo krūvio optimizavimui.“

Projekto metu bus kuriama dirbtiniu intelektu grįsta užduočių valdymo platforma, kuri vienoje sistemoje sujungia produktyvumo valdymą ir darbuotojų gerovės stebėseną, siekiant proaktyviai identifikuoti perdegimo riziką ir pateikti vadovams rekomendacijas dar iki krizės.

Bendra projekto vertė 172.500 Eur, iš kurių 138.000 Eur. skirta iš Europos Sąjungos fondų. Projekto veiklų įgyvendinimo trukmė nuo 2026-07-01 iki 2027-07-10.

When winter in Lithuania goes full power, desserts are made… in the snow 🍦

Our CEO Vytautas decided to try the trend himself and made ice cream right in a snowbank. The team tasted it. Verdict? Surprisingly good 😄

🔵 Give it a try! 👇
Snow Ice Cream (Adroiti Technologies-approved):
– 400 g milk
– 400 ml heavy cream (35%)
– 3–4 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla or vanilla sugar

Press a bowl into the snow. Sprinkle plenty of salt into the hole. Pour the ingredients into a bowl and patiently stir. Until it turns into real ice cream! 🍨Winter magic!

🔵⚪ Cybersecurity: how do we stay truly vigilant online?

📌 We asked Darshan Patel, System Administrator, for his views on one of today’s most pressing digital challenges.

“Multiple industry reports show that the human element is involved in roughly 95% of successful data breaches. In most cases, incidents arise from human error, negligence, or falling victim to social engineering. This makes employee knowledge the most critical security investment any company can make,”
– says Darshan.

He highlights the most common habits that quietly open the door to risk 👇

➡️ Weak or reused passwords.
Short, simple passwords or using the same one across accounts. One breach can compromise everything through credential-stuffing attacks.
➡️ Social engineering.
The most common entry point. Highly convincing phishing emails still trick users into clicking malicious links or attachments.
➡️ Shadow IT.
Using personal devices or unapproved tools to “work faster,” often without considering the security trade-offs.
➡️ Ignoring updates.
Delaying system or software updates leaves devices exposed to known, actively exploited vulnerabilities.

So how can we stay vigilant every day?
Darshan calls it building strong Cyber Hygiene 👇

➡️ Slow down with emails.
Pause before clicking. Check the full sender address, look for inconsistencies, and verify urgent or unusual requests through another trusted channel.
➡️ Enable MFA everywhere.
It’s one of the most effective shields against credential theft.
➡️ Strengthen password habits.
Use unique, complex passphrases and a corporate password manager to keep everything secure and organized.
➡️ Lock your device.
Even a moment away from your desk is enough for unauthorized access.
➡️ Separate work from personal.
Use dedicated work devices or, at minimum, separate browser profiles.
