But let’s be real – that era is over. The conversation around wellbeing at work has shifted dramatically. To make this sustainable shift, we need to move beyond guesswork. Trackabi supports Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using time-based one-time passwords (TOTP), and we strongly recommend enabling it—especially for managers and team leads who have access to other users’ data.

Not familiar with 2FA?
2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to your password, you’ll be asked for a one-time code generated by an authenticator app on your phone. Even if someone gets your password, they won’t be able to log in without that second factor.

In case you have technical curiosity:
TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) generates short-lived codes based on a shared secret and the current time. Your authenticator app creates a new code every 30 seconds, and each code can be used only once. Because the code constantly changes and is never reused, it’s extremely difficult for attackers to intercept or guess.
