Buscamos gerentes de cuentas / ejecutivos de cuentas que tengan una experiencia de 6 meses o más en el centro de llamadas. El pago es altamente competitivo con los mejores artistas que ganan 50,000 MXN por mes. Los candidatos que cierren 10 ventas a la semana promediarán 12,000 MXN por semana
El candidato debe hablar un inglés perfecto (dominio del hablante nativo). Debe poder comprender a los clientes y ser comprendido por los clientes. Dado que este es un rol remoto, el candidato debe ser responsable y poder completar tareas con poca o ninguna supervisión. La alta velocidad de Internet es imprescindible.
El candidato adecuado se motivará a sí mismo y tendrá una mentalidad de cazador. Dado que esta es una posición basada en comisiones, el cielo realmente es el límite. Puedes ganar tanto como quieras, siempre y cuando hagas el trabajo, el dinero seguirá.
La estructura de compensación se basa en comisiones, que serán el 30% del monto bruto que genere en ventas.

The candidate must speak perfect English (native speaker proficiency). He/She must be able to understand clients and be understood by clients. Since this is a remote role, the candidate must be responsible and be able to complete tasks with little to no supervision. High internet speed is a must.
The right candidate will be self motivated and have a hunter's mindset. Since this is a commission based position, the sky truly is the limit. You can make as much as you want, as long as you do the work, the money will follow.
The compensation structure is commission based, which will be 30% of the gross amount you make in sales.
