Mexia's Boomin' on the 4th is quickly approaching. The Patriotic Fun Run will be downtown. Sign up at the link below on the Chamber Website (under event calendar if you are unable to copy the link below). Register by June 14 in order to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
New this year - Kids Patriotic Bike Ride, happening at 9:30 AM downtown. Awards for Fun Run and Bike parade immediately following the Bike Parade, and just before the Pets Parade which is also moving downtown. Join us!

Cell phone and internet outage in Limestone County and beyond.

The outage exists from DFW to Houston statewide and any area served by AT&T and Verizon.

If you have Vyve/Northland internet (which is unaffected thus far) you can connect your cell to your home/business WiFi try to enable WiFi calling on your cell phone.

Utilize I.T. in Mexia is looking for a Help Desk & Field Technician for the Mexia, TX location.

This person will assist Utilize I.T. clients with technical support both remote and on-site.

Minimum 2 years experience with supporting computer hardware & software.

Must live within the Mexia locations service area.

CompTIA A+ or comparable certification preferred and will be required within 90 days as a term of employment.

Must be able to pass a Texas DPS Background Check for CJIS.

Experience with networking, active directory & Microsoft 365 preferred.

$12-$20 an hour based on experience
