Well friends, it looks like Fantastic Botanics will officially no longer be at the for the remainder of the season. After almost five years at this market, Megan and Bryce decided to remove me for the rest of 2026. Honestly, at this point, they made the decision easy for me. What’s ironic is that in FIVE years, I was never once told my booth was “out of regulation,” unsafe, disorganized, or somehow incapable of meeting standards until now. I was also NEVER the last vendor setting up, despite the narrative currently being pushed to justify this decision.What HAS changed is the involvement of people who have only been associated with this market for maybe a year or two themselves-and somehow already managed to create division, favoritism, tension, and a noticeable decline in vendor morale. This is literally their first market experience, and unfortunately it shows. Most of the original vendors have either already left or openly complain about the inconsistent rule enforcement, selective treatment of vendors, poor communication, and increasingly hostile environment. Vendors have watched policies get enforced depending on who management personally likes, while others are labeled “difficult” simply for asking questions or expecting professionalism. What makes this even more frustrating is the fact that management is fully aware that I am a who has supported this market for YEARS. Instead of making setup easier or more accessible, they steadily made things more difficult while criticizing vendors for struggling with the very obstacles THEY created. And let’s be real: Lupin and I brought a LOT of customers, attention, and community interaction to that market over the years. Families came specifically to see my booth, my plants, and my . We became part of the experience for many regulars, and I genuinely appreciate every person who stopped by to support us. At the end of the day, being removed honestly feels more like relief than punishment. This market is no longer what it used to be, and unfortunately a lot of long-time vendors already know that. This is not the end of Fantastic Botanics whatsoever 💕
