This is a logbook from Harvard with a moth taped to a page, an example of a literal computer bug. Nobody is quite sure where the term “bug” in machinery (meaning a small flaw) came from. The term was used as far back as the 1870s, for example, Thomas Edison referred to bugs in his electrical circuits.

Benj has cleaned out many computer hard drives and he has found many bugs and even some mice and a rat. Call us for our computer cleaning special. Benj will “debug” your computer's software and hardware for $100.
This includes:
1. Cleaning the inside of your computer.
2. Cleaning the keyboard.

This was a quote from a recent client. Benj helped this client get back into some of his computer services. The client said that he was in "password purgatory". Benj was able to sort this out and get the gentleman back on many sites that he thought he was locked out of forever. Benj also installed a new battery on a laptop and set up a printer.
