Excited to share that Sequoia Commercial Group and YouLand are co-hosting an in-depth Investor Lab session for real estate investors and operators who want to level up their deal analysis and capital strategy.

Real estate rewards clarity. Clarity in how a deal pencils, in how risk is evaluated, and in how capital is structured. And the way to get that clarity is by understanding both sides of the equation: the equity that drives the investment and the debt that makes the deal possible.

This session brings both perspectives together in one room.
