Looking for a simple Saturday outing in Temecula? Add Harveston Lake Park to your list. 🍂

Take a stroll beside the lake, bring someone you’ve been meaning to catch up with, or let the kids enjoy the children’s play area.

Walking shoes, water, and a little room in the day—that sounds like a pretty good plan. You’ll find the official park information in our first comment.

Who would you bring along for a lakeside outing?

And when you’re making plans for an upcoming workday, come try Coworking Connection!

Don’t ghost your own ideas. đŸ‘»

You know that thought you had while driving, making dinner, or standing in the checkout line?

The one you were absolutely sure you’d remember?

Yep. That one. 😂

Give those ideas somewhere to land. A voice memo, a pocket notebook, or one running note on your phone can help you capture the thought while it’s fresh. Include what sparked it so it still makes sense later.

What’s the strangest place a good idea has found you?

Bring your next brainstorm to Coworking Connection.

Working for yourself doesn’t mean every conversation has to be with your laptop. 👋

Sometimes you just want to say good morning to another human. Hear what someone else is working on. Have a conversation that doesn’t begin with, “You’re on mute.”

That’s part of the appeal of coworking: doing your own work while being around other people doing theirs.

You don’t need a polished elevator pitch to introduce yourself. Start with your name and a hello.

We’d love to welcome you to Coworking Connection.

Can a new customer figure out how to hire you without playing detective? 🔎

Take a look at your business through their eyes. Is it clear how to request a quote, book a conversation, or make a purchase? Do they know what happens after they reach out?

You might know the process so well that you’ve forgotten to explain it.

Today, review your customer’s next step. Make the instructions clear, remove anything confusing, and tell them what to expect.

Bring that project to Coworking Connection and give it some attention.

Does your workday need a soundtrack—or absolute silence? 🎧

Some people love instrumental music. Others need a little background buzz. And some of us hear one familiar song and suddenly we’re performing a concert instead of answering emails. 😂

Pay attention to what works for you. Try matching your listening habits to the task: fewer lyrics for writing, something upbeat for routine work, or headphones without music when you want to settle in.

Bring your work style and your goals to Coworking Connection.

What’s your go-to workday soundtrack?

💡 MERCHANT MONDAY: GIVE YOUR IDEAS A TEST RUN.

That new service, package, or business idea doesn’t need a giant launch to teach you something useful.

Build a simple version. Show it to a few potential customers. Ask what makes sense, what’s confusing, and what they would actually use.

You might discover your next move through a conversation you’ve been putting off.

Bring that curious, creative energy to Coworking Connection this week. Your notebook full of ideas deserves a little real-world feedback!

What’s one idea you’d love to test?

Sunday plans can be as simple as a blanket, a few sandwiches, and your favorite people. đŸ§ș

Looking for a local outing? Consider a picnic at Murrieta’s Town Square Park, at 11 Town Square.

Pack something easy, bring water, and let everyone contribute a favorite snack. Bonus points for the person who remembers napkins. 😂

We love being part of a community with places to gather during the workweek and enjoy time together on the weekend.

What’s the ONE snack your picnic absolutely needs?

Do you say your price
then immediately start explaining why you could charge less? 😬

Before your next proposal, get clear on what’s included: the deliverables, your expertise, the timeline, and the support you’ll provide.

Then state your price clearly and give the customer room to respond.

If their budget is different, you can discuss a smaller scope instead of automatically offering the same work for less.

Building a business takes practice, including these conversations. Coworking Connection is a place to bring that work and keep developing your confidence.

Which part feels harder: setting your price or saying it out loud?

That thing you think “everybody knows”? Somebody is still trying to figure it out. 💡

Maybe you know a handy spreadsheet shortcut, how to take a better product photo, or a simple way to organize a presentation.

When someone asks, sharing a useful tip can be a great way to connect. You don’t have to turn it into a full workshop—just help them get past the part that’s holding them up.

That’s a community mindset we love at Coworking Connection: people bringing their own experience and being open to learning from others.

What’s one skill you’d happily teach someone?
