This house has been a on going project for a while now. I have placed it on hold too many times to try to please my costumers / clients and deal with helping others.... People have a hard time understand the flip side of it all. Environmental court, inspection, people in the neighborhood, theft, tenants, taxes, material price, and trying to manage a business too. I can rest easy now knowing that it was completed with love and done up to code.

A severe tornado storm rupture this large tree in the front yard, while the owner was still inside her home. Its was truly a blessing, that she made it out unharmed. This tree fell through the house,... in her back yard and landed in the neighbors back yard. The tree was about 70 to 90 feet tall, and about 10 to 12 feet in diameter. This massive tree demolished the carport, storage room, kitchen, dining room, living room and one of the bedrooms. The insurance company wanted to tear the home down, but after a couple of months and some creative conversation...lol. . . . we decided to rebuild.

When we brought this old home it was vandalized. No plumbing, A/C, window broken out, etc. etc.. We decided to make the carport into a den. Install new siding, repaired the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning system, new carpet and paint. We enlarge the kitchen and wash room area. We also install a new deck over the front porch and in the rear too.
