Black Swan Digital Forensics, a national industry leader in the exciting field of digital forensics, is currently Remote Sales Representatives for United States Territories.
Black Swan works with corporations, attorneys, private investigators, and individuals to uncover digital evidence to support civil, criminal and business investigations. Black Swan is a digital forensics expert in North America. With over 30 years of forensics experience, several patents, proprietary software and much more.
We started as a computer maintenance company in 1989 supporting mainframe computers and the beginning of PC networking. As a service and engineering company, we grew into one of the largest regional technology support organizations in the United States by solving business problems with the use of technology. Today we are the only forensics lab dedicated to digital services in the United States. This is not just something we do, this is what we do. Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of Black Swan digital forensics services and products.
Answer inbound calls with authority and professionalism
Dial outbound calls to potential prospects
Maintain positive relationship with clients
Manage sales cue effectively
Respond to client inquiries and follow up in timely manner
Requirements:
3+ years Experience in Sales (Technical sales is a plus, Digital Forensics Experience a major plus)
Call Center experience a plus
Basic Computer skills (including Word ,Excel and Outlook)
Rapid learner - able to learn and has the desire to learn
Self-motivated
Must have their own cell phone and laptop devices
