This week, professors, officers, and graduate students had the opportunity to train with Baron Weather and learn the new skills required to operate the system. We are so grateful to OEMS for supporting this program, allowing meteorology students to practice for careers in broadcast meteorology and forecasting. The new system will enable to create and distribute forecasts and weather reports to the greater community, increasing visibility of the club, program/department, and university. Huge thank you to for being a great trainer! Keep an eye out for the exciting things AMS has planned ☀️
