Well, as many of our friends know already, TNT has officially retired. It was an absolutely magical run, from our FLL Argonauts year with "Nature's Fury" to last year's "Rover Ruckus." Thanks to all the many, many friends, mentors, peers, coaches, parents, and volunteers who helped make this amazing ride possible. We put together a retrospective video so everyone in the TNT family can take a trip down memory lane whenever they want. So long, and thanks again!!

Congratulations to TNT's five graduating seniors! They're all definitely off to great places!

They each received a plaque commemorating their years with FIRST -- all 5 plaques have the TNT logo, and two of them, Gordon's and Margaux's, also have the FLL Argonauts logo, which dates back 6 years to our first year with FIRST in FLL. It's been a fantastic journey for all!

We're super-excited to share our Compass Award video! It honors our long-time mentor and friend, Coach Barr (aka Coach Fish), and it won 2nd runner-up for the Compass Award at the Oregon FIRST Tech Challenge State Championship! Big shout-out to Audrey and Jackson for taking the lead on this!

We had a great time at the State Championship! Thank you, Oregon FIRST Tech Challenge, for another fantastic event! We:
-- scored 220-250 points on our own in every match
-- finished 11th in the state (second alternate to Worlds)
-- had the second highest OPR in the Timber Division at 237.
-- won the Compass Award Third Place
-- won the Control Award Third Place
-- won the Design Award First Place
-- were in the Finalist Alliance in Timber
-- had a high score of 427 with DWAI -- thank you, Atlas, for picking us!!

The Oregon State Championship is off to an awesome start! We passed inspection and had a great time talking with judges! Now we’re just polishing our autonomous, and tonight we’ll do some drive practice with some other teams in our division!

We just uploaded a new video! It's the presentation we gave at SEMICON West in July at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. SEMICON West is the biggest tech trade show on the West Coast, with more than 26,000 attendees. What a fantastic way to Make For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology Loud! Many thanks to Rogue Valley Microdevices for sponsoring our adventure.

We just posted a new "FTC Getting Started" video about how to prevent ESD issues and how to follow best practices in setting up your control system. If you're having ESD issues, this is a great resource both for troubleshooting and for getting things set up correctly in the first place. We had a great time at our impromptu unofficial tournament today!! We ran 15 matches with short breaks for maintenance, and every team got to run every match. We learned a ton and had a great time -- thank you to the coaches and mentors who organized this on the fly and then spent the morning with us! Special shout out to Rogue Mafia (FTC 9339) for braving the elements and driving into town to participate, and a big shout out to Cathy Swider and Oregon FIRST Tech Challenge for making the tough call to cancel the SQs -- there's LOTS of snow in the foothills down here and it's clear that some teams would have had a really tough time getting to their tournaments.

Well, all the Super-Qualifiers in Oregon were cancelled because of the snowstorms, so instead we’re having a TNT/TSAR/C4/Rogue Mafia tournament! 15 matches and awards at the end!!
