Just finished a new beast for a client. This guy scored 10,990 on 3dmark's newest benchmark, higher then any listed commercial gaming machine. Specs: Intel I7-4790K , 16Gb RAM, 2 Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 in SLI, 256Gb SSD for the OS with 2Tb 7200rpm for data. 1300w power supply and it is QUIET.
