Today SmartHelp it setting up a new 15-inch MacBook Air with M4 for a long time customer. I'll start by making sure their old computer is backed up using Time Machine. Then I'll start with account registration and setting up the computer from scratch so that we don't bring over problems from the old computer to the new one. Then I go to the backup and "integrate" the data manually grabbing all of their good data, and not the bad data from their backup. Then we'll do some training with them so show them what's possible with the new macOS Tahoe 26.2
