I have sold to thousands of satisfied customers from Auto's to Waterbeds. I have never and will never knowingly sell a faulty, incomplete, or damaged product. I believe a purchaser has a right to full disclosure of a product, service and/or information as well as a proper description. product is as described and will perform to the expectation of that description. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase an immediate resolution is in order and I will perform to the best of my abilities to make that customer satisfied." Being buyer's ourselves, we understand that when I make a purchase I make it because I want that product. Therefore if a customer were to have a situation with a product they purchased from us, We would immediately listen to the customers request and if possible perform that. If no request was made we would take immediate action to replace the product or offer a full refund.
