You have hundreds or thousands of company documents and want employees to ask questions without manually searching through all of them.

That is exactly the problem RAG, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, is designed to solve.

In this CreezyCreates video, I break RAG down from first principles and start building AskDocs in C #/.NET.

We look at chunking, embeddings, semantic similarity, retrieval, source grounding and how the right pieces of information eventually become context for the LLM.

No magic black box. The goal is to understand what each part is doing and why.

If you have been hearing about RAG everywhere but still want the architecture to really click, watch the full video:

This week’s build is called FlowTwin.

The experiment is simple: can one generic workflow engine power completely different business processes without rebuilding the architecture every time?

I’ll use a tax return workflow and an enterprise initiative workflow as two examples, then build the event-driven architecture underneath them.

That means state transitions, transactional outbox, Azure Service Bus, idempotent consumers, projections, observability and an AI next-action advisor.

I’ll break down the design as I build it this week.

AI is making developers faster.

But there’s a question we probably don’t ask enough:

Is it also making us worse at coding?

The more AI handles the implementation, the easier it becomes to lose some of the problem-solving muscles that made us good engineers in the first place.

That’s why I’m going back to the fundamentals.

In the full video, I solve Two Sum in C # using brute force and then optimize it with a HashMap.

This 80-second clip explains why I think practicing this way matters even more in the age of AI.

When people talk about technology opportunities in Africa, the conversation often goes immediately to consumer apps.

But sitting at the Africa Business Investment Summit today made me think again about a much larger opportunity: the technology infrastructure businesses themselves will need as they grow.

Banking. Logistics. Healthcare. Government. Agriculture. Energy. HR. Payments. Operations.

Every growing industry eventually needs systems behind it.

And increasingly, those systems will be built with AI from the beginning.

For African technologists and entrepreneurs, that creates a very interesting question:

Instead of only asking what app we should build, what infrastructure will Africa's next 100,000 companies need?

That's a much bigger market.

I built an AI agent that launches businesses.

Not just a chatbot.

A system that creates the business plan, branding, pricing, financial projections, marketing assets, and even a professional website.

This is the kind of software I'm excited to build.

Try it:

Everyone wants to build billion-dollar companies.

Few are willing to read the books that explain how they're built.

Still saying "I'll write a book someday"?

What if CraftDesk (the solution I architceted and built) could turn your idea into a publish-ready book—complete with chapters, professional covers, and an Amazon KDP-ready manuscript?

👇 See how it works.

Most people see the wins.

They don't see the early mornings.
The workouts before work.
The long hours building products.
The responsibility of serving customers and students.
The uncertainty that comes with creating something from nothing.

That's the reality—and honestly, it's what makes the journey so rewarding.

Every day is an opportunity to improve yourself before you improve your business.

Today's reminder:
Your habits build your company long before your company builds your reputation.

People often think getting a job is only about experience.

In reality, many qualified candidates are rejected before a recruiter even reads their resume.

The problem isn't always your skills.

Sometimes it's your resume, your cover letter, or simply how well your application matches the job you're applying for.

That's why I built the CraftDesk Career Coach Agent.

In just a few minutes it can:

- Analyze your resume with an ATS score
- Improve your resume
- Generate a professional cover letter
- Prepare interview questions
- Create a 30-day job search plan

Everything is organized in one workspace to help you land more interviews; not just create more documents.

If you disappeared tomorrow...

what would happen to your firm?

Would work continue clearly?

Or would everything slow down?

Would deadlines still be understood?

Would ownership remain obvious?

Would anyone be able to see what is happening without asking questions?

Because that's the real test of structure.

Not how intelligent your team is.

Not how hard people work.

Not how many hours are invested.

The real test is whether the firm can operate without constant human explanation.

Most firms don't realize how much of their operation lives inside conversations.

Inside memory.

Inside key individuals.

And that creates fragility.

Because when understanding depends on people...

the system itself is weak.

Strong firms build something different.

A structure that explains itself.

A system where work remains visible regardless of who is present.

Because scalability begins the moment the firm becomes larger than any individual inside it.
