Last week Blackwatch International Corporation employees participated in the Food for Others Tysons 5K & 1Mile 30th Anniversary Fun Run, an event dedicated to supporting families facing food insecurity. Food for Others provides critical assistance to more than 3,000 families and 3,900 children struggling with food insecurity in Northern Virginia. The event helped raise both funds and awareness to sustain this vital cause. Despite the cloudy skies, the rain held off for Blackwatch employees Tim Nguyen, Shane Boozer, Huan Nguyen, Benjamin Saunders, Trish Gossick and our very special guest, Abigail, to enjoy the day and raise money for a wonderful cause. It was a great opportunity for employees from different programs and locations to socialize as well as those who work virtually together daily. Blackwatch and our employees are proud to support causes that make a meaningful impact in our community, and we look forward to future opportunities to come together as a team for each other and for those in need. Blackwatch International Corporation had the honor to be a sponsor for the 33rd Annual FBI Agents Association (FBIAA) Thomas E. DuHadway Charity Golf Tournament to help provide college scholarships to the children of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Agents who have passed away. In December 1982, five Special Agents (Ernest C. Burchette, Robert W. Conners, Charles L. Ellington, Terry Burnett Hereford and Michael J. Lynch) were killed in the line of duty because of two separate accidents. The FBIAA proposed that their deaths be memorialized with a college education Fund to benefit the survivors of deceased FBI Agents. The FBIAA Memorial College Fund (MCF) has distributed millions of dollars in college tuition and expenses to children of FBI Agents. The FBIAA MCF pays 75% of the student’s college tuition and expenses, including room, board, books and a laptop allowance. The event is a great experience and provides participants the opportunity to hear stories from children of deceased FBI Agents who received scholarships. We were pleased to host a team on this beautiful sunny fall day that included retired FBI Washington Field Office Assistant Director in Charge David Sundberg, USPTO David Moorhead, retired LT Colonel Gregory Redick, and our SVP of Operations, David Wolf. Yesterday, Blackwatch was honored to be a sponsor for the 2nd Annual FBI Agents Association Jack Hess Memorial Golf Tournament to help the FBIAA MEMBERSHIP ASSISTANCE FUND, which provides financial assistance to FBIAA members and their families who have been affected by a sudden, unforeseen tragedy. The Fund has helped FBI families make emergency travel, afford treatments for grave illnesses and injuries, purchase necessary durable medical equipment and pay for funeral expenses. Since its inception, the fund has provided over $3.0 million to almost 800 Special Agent families in need. Blackwatch proudly sponsored a team for this vital funding raising event. The Jack Hess Memorial Golf Tournament was created to allow Jack's family and friends to continue Jack's legacy of supporting the FBIAA and FBI families. Thank you to the U.S. Secret Service's Kevin Plourde, USPTO's David Moorhead, retired U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s John Wagner, and our Senior Vice President of Operations, David Wolf, for donating your time and energy on such cold and rainy day. Our Senior Vice President of Operations, David Wolf, was in California this week to celebrate Randy Blum’s retirement. Randy has provided exceptional and dedicated support to the Defense Microelectronics Activity for nearly 23 years and more than a decade working for Applied Materials. Randy has dedicated his nearly 40-year career to the defense of our nation as a United States Marine Corps (USMC) Marine and microelectronics engineer specializing in photolithography, metrology, deposition, dry etching, wet etching, thermal processing, metallization tools, as well as chemical and gas support. The entire DMEA and Blackwatch family celebrated Randy’s impressive career over the past week with a DMEA Challenge Coin presentation from Nick M., Ph.D., celebratory lunch with many of his DMEA colleagues, and concluding with a Blackwatch International Corporation event in his honor. While we celebrated Randy's many accomplishments, we are sad to lose a brilliant subject matter expert and member of the Blackwatch family. On behalf Blackwatch and DMEA, congratulations Randy on an exceptional career and enjoy your retirement!

Blackwatch International Corporation was honored to be a sponsor for the Arthritis Foundation Commitment to a Cure Gala on Saturday night at the Washington Marriott in the fight against this disease by providing funding for research, advocacy, and community outreach. Our President, Clifford Webster, and SVP of Operations, David Wolf were thrilled to come together to celebrate that commitment with our partners Eleven09 LLC and Virtual Service Operations and employees for our United States Patent and Trademark Office project. The Arthritis Foundation is partnered with U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to expand support for the 1 in 3 military members who battle arthritis. The foundation in a salute to our veterans honored our friend and partner Kyle J. White.

Blackwatch SVP of Operations, David Wolf, attend the USPTO Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery Office Winter All Hands meeting, where Jamie Holcombe, Debbie Stephens, Bob Simms, Ian Neil, and other Executives recognized Federal and contractor personnel for their outstanding achievements in supporting the USPTO Data Center migration, including 30 Blackwatch employees and our teaming partners. Congratulations to all many support teams who worked so closely together for the benefit of the USPTO mission to migrate more than 2000 servers, over 650 pieces of equipment, nearly 3 Petabytes of data, and decommission thousands of aging pieces of equipment to increase bandwidth, improve data encryption, and significantly improve performance all in a flood resilient environment.
