James and I had the best time meeting Megan at The Color Countess The Color Countess - Color Analysis Expert ! 🎨✨ She was in town for a big corporate event and was able to squeeze us in while she was still in Dallas. What a delight! The results were spot on, but so surprising for both of us. We never would have guessed our colors! It was such a wonderful experience, and Megan truly is an expert at what she does. Nothing beats a surprise like this from a client. 🍪

One of our clients sent Tiff’s Treats to our team this week with a note that made our day. We’d spent time in the weeds on a tough reputation issue for them — the kind of thing that isn’t glamorous, doesn’t show up in a portfolio, but matters enormously to an agent’s business.

That’s the part of this work we love most. Websites, SEO, content — those are the deliverables. But showing up for our clients when something’s on fire? That’s the job.
