LONG POST/UPDATE HERE-

Huge THANK YOU and shout out to all of our incredible customers! We so appreciate each and every one of you! Here are some photos of some of the awesome merchandise that’s came out of our shop recently.

We do have to apologize that our orders are taking longer than usual to complete. The last month and a half has been very trying with a heat press down, then a storm knocked out the main circuit board on our large printer and it was out of business for a week waiting for a new circuit board and other parts. Then the internet and phones weren’t working properly so Midco came out last Tuesday and sadly things got much worse. They put in new equipment which changed out IP address and then none of our old equipment would recognize the new IP address so we couldn’t use our printer or get into our main drive with all of our files. Days passed (which felt like months ☹️) and multiple Midco techs couldn’t fix it and multiple IT guys couldn’t either. Very long story short, we had a wonderful IT guy come to the shop yesterday and after many hours and trying lots of different things he was able to get us back up and running 🎉🤗It felt like a miracle!! Then this morning when I arrived at the shop a tree had went down next to my shop on the power lines so we were out of power. MLEC Crews were on the scene by 9:30 and had us back up and running with power by noon. I can’t say enough great things about the MLEC Crew that got us back up and going! I so appreciate your hard work today! You guys are the BEST! We are back up and running and will be working tirelessly to get everyone’s orders out the door soon! We just had a few bumps in the road to get over. Thank you all for your patience and understanding ♥️🤗
