Other question. Regulator will not raise past +7 is a Siemans. Move the black dial on right side of position indicator. This is the load bonus. Moved the switch to 10% and it worked ok.

Question of the day. I do not have reverse power flow regulators. We back fed some today and they operated in the position. They lowered the voltage. When you back feed and the regulator calls for raise it will show raise but is actually lowering the voltage.
Reverse power flowe also called RPF will sense the reversed current and switch the motor leads to lower for a raise. And raise to lower. And switch to the source which is now the load.
Sorry hard to explain.

Curiosity has the best of me. Just ordered a stop watt, suppose to reduce my electric bill. Will let you know results.

Don't get upset if I blocked you from voltage regulator group. I am attempting to delete groups except Distribution Voltage Regulators want to keep and have a new good post for it.

For some reason there are 3 voltage regulator groups. I can't find a way to delete them, anyone knows how let me know. I am going to keep the distribution voltage regulator group. So let's get it going, all questions and comments welcome.
Thank you

Thanks for being my friend.

There seems to be some misunderstanding.
Why some regulators show correct voltage on the LCD screen. But the volt meter test terminals show Incorrect.

GE has a 7200 to 120 PT in regulator selectable by moving NN 9 wire to NN 20-21- or 22.

McGraw - Cooper-Eaton has the ratio correction transformer on control back panel.

Alles - Siemens Allis only has 7620 to 127 Pt coming out of tank.

The compurized controls calculate the 7620 PT to give correct voltage on the LCD read out. Although the voltmeter test terminals show the 7620 PT voltage. 7620 Is 120 is ratio of 63.5 Now you have 7200 on this PT & reading 113 on VTT.
Summary.
You do not have a 7200 volt Potential transformer in regulator tank, you have a 7620 to 127.
WHEW!

People ask why I use the RND after I have made control inactive, by removing fuses and is turned off.

If I test before that, then I could get distracted, walk away and the regulator operate on its own. Or some one could operate it! Last step test with the RND.

This is why you need to use RND tool.

I don’t know how to be diplomatic. But I just looked at regulator switching instructions, from unknown source. They are not correct. And I believe they are being distributed to the Rural Electric’s.
Position Indicator is being called a dial. They are turning control power off, without turning control selector switch off first. McGraw has a holding switch, so when panel is energized, if holding switch was made up. It will take a step. Saying ok to bypass if you have N lite and position indicator on N. Using these 2 methods. Wrong these can get out of sync. Use RND tool.
