Another CBMS launch wrapped up!

We spent the week with Drimmers Appliances as they went live with our Complete Business Management System. Our team was there to guide their staff through the transition, customize the setup to match how they operate, and make sure no question went unanswered.

This week, a few members of our team were at the United Stores Let's Connect event. They spent time with United members, shared what's new at HomeSource, and were on hand for any questions or conversations members wanted to have face-to-face.

Some of the dealers we saw this week were with us at Nexus. Others we hadn't caught up with since the last event. Either way, these are the kinds of events that make this industry feel like a community.

Kerry Symons and his team at Perryton Furniture in Perryton, Texas figured it out. Their whole-house store carries furniture, appliances, decor, and rugs, and after a tornado forced a full rebuild, Kerry knew the technology behind the business needed to change too.

He chose HomeSource because the implementation team came to him. John, Amy, and Adam worked the go-live on-site with his staff, and the support didn't stop when they left.

What a week. Our first-ever user conference is in the books.

Nexus'26 brought us to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve in Orlando for four days with retailers who use our system every single day. We got to show them everything our team has been working on, new AI tools, new workflows, new ways to make running their stores easier.

Our team put in the work to get here, and seeing the reactions in that room made it worth it. The feedback we keep coming back to: retailers valued the direct access to the people who build the system. And more than a few said they wished they'd brought their whole team.

That one meant a lot to us. We're proud of what we showed and will be sharing more in the weeks ahead.

Day 3 at Nexus'26. Full schedule, full rooms.

Today was the deep-dive day. Breakout sessions across every track, hands-on time with the new AI features, and 1-on-1 sessions where retailers sat down directly with our team to talk through their specific workflows.

The conversations are getting more specific. People are already planning what they're going to implement when they get home.

One more day. We're making it count.

Day one of Nexus'26 is in the books.

This morning's keynote covered everything HomeSource shipped in 2025 and what's coming next, including the live reveal of AI Workflows, a ground-up rebuild of E-Commerce, Jarvis for delivery scheduling, consumer financing through Citi integrated directly in the POS, and bank reconciliation powered by Plaid.
