I am THEEEE Keisha Robinson.

If you have been following this page for a while you may feel like you know me.

I want to make sure you know exactly who I am and what I do.

Things have evolved. I have evolved. The work I do has evolved and has never been more clear or more needed than it is right now.

So here we are.. I’m not into titles because I wear many hats but here’s a few.. I am a wife and mother of eight. A pastor. A published author. A speaker. A Operations Strategist and Architect.

A woman who relocated from Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Metro Atlanta in 2015 with a vision and the audacity to build it.

I am also the founder and CEO of Kay Cole Enterprises a business infrastructure and operations advisory firm.

We build the systems that allow businesses and organizations to run without one person holding everything together.

That person is usually the founder.
Sometimes it is the executive director.
Sometimes it is the COO who is doing the job of four people.

We come in assess what is actually broken, what is missing, and what has been surviving on willpower and presence instead of systems and we build the infrastructure that changes that.

Not a plan.
Not a strategy session.
Not a course.

The actual build.
