MTC will be performing Network Enhancements throughout the Deer Run area during a scheduled maintenance window, Wednesday, 6/17 between the hours of 1am-6am. This process is part of a larger project to optimize our entire COAX network and to bring greater reliability and speed upgrades to our cable modem customers. Throughout this event, select customers at various times will experience intermittent interruptions to their service as we perform the necessary changes to our network.

We appreciate your patience as we work through this upgrade and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

As of 11:00 AM, the network event affecting both outbound and inbound calls for the 845 area code has been resolved, and services have been restored.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our upstream partners and MTC team members who worked through the night to identify the issue and restore connectivity as quickly as possible. Their dedication and collaboration were instrumental in bringing services back online.

MTC is currently working through a network event affecting both outbound and inbound calls for the 845 area code. An unexpected outage caused a link from an upstream partner to go down. MTC crews are working diligently with our partners to restore the services. An ETA on restoration is not available at this time and throughout the day we will continue to update our various forms of communication.
