Stocked up with only the BEST automotive wire available. 100ft each of red and black in 10AWG, 100ft of 10 different colors in 18AWG, 25ft each of 10 different colors in 14AWG, and some more on the way!

This is GXL wire and it is made in AMERICA! GXL wire has a XLPE (cross-linked PolyEthylene) jacket and is intended for use in engine compartments where higher heat resistance is required according to SAE J-1128. It has a thinner jacket than the standard primary wire that you find at your local parts store, and can be used virtually anywhere on a car including INSIDE THE FUEL TANK!!

Recommended temperature range for GXL Wire is -40°C to +125°C

GXL wire also meets Ford (M1L-85B) and Chrysler (MS-8900) specifications

Got the primary fuel pump wire integrated into the factory fuse box, went with 10 gauge GXL for the quality and durability of the wire. Now time to tape up and wrap up this harness, and get it back onto the truck!

Got this fuel pump harness made today. 10 gauge GXL wire with braided loom and terminated with a 6-pin Deutsch DTP connector. Clear heat shrink and label to idenify the wires coming from the bulkhead fitting, and I wrote down which pins on the the connector are for which pump. Coming together nicely!

Welded some flat stock to the battery tray, and drilled holes to be able to mount it while keeping it removable. Custom made battery cables with high quality 2AWG wire and double wall adhesive heat shrink, and added a 175 amp Mega fuse. Just waiting on my 10AWG wire to come in so I can extend the Holley ECU power directly to the battery, then the battery wiring will be complete!

Thanks to everyone that hit the follow button, we now have over 100 followers! Here’s a picture of a big Walbro 450 fuel pump I installed in the S10. Modified the stock fuel bucket, and pinned the pump wires into the original connector. It’s been working great for over 2 years, the only reason it’s out is to upgrade the fuel system and switch to a fuel cell in the bed!

Here’s a custom one-off factory style harness I made when putting the 6.0 in the S10. I made it to integrate the 4L80e transmission into the factory S10 fuse box, retaining the factory ignition interlock, neutral safety(PNP) switch, and reverse lights. It’s been working perfectly for the last two years. Video in the comments showing what I started with!
