The full Staff OS walkthrough is now available on YouTube.

I shared an early version of this video yesterday, but I wanted to make the official YouTube version easier to watch and follow with subtitles/captions included.

This is a 21-minute early walkthrough of Staff OS, the private internal workspace I’m building for future authorized LumeFrost team members.

The video focuses mainly on the Support Specialist experience, but Staff OS is being planned around future roles like support, billing, site management, domain management, and operations.

Staff OS is still in development, but it represents something important to me: LumeFrost is not only being built as a product. It is being built with the internal systems, team workflows, customer support, accountability, and privacy foundation in mind from the beginning.

You can watch the full walkthrough here:

I’d appreciate any honest feedback.

LumeFrost is getting ready for a complete rebrand as we take a huge step forward toward Beta release later this Summer/Fall.

I’m currently preparing a brand-new logo, updated graphics, refreshed visuals, and a stronger identity across all LumeFrost social media platforms.

This is not just a visual update. It represents the next stage of LumeFrost as a platform, a business, and a long-term vision I’ve been building step by step.

As Beta gets closer, I want the brand to better reflect the quality, simplicity, and purpose behind LumeFrost — helping small businesses build and manage their online presence in a way that feels clear, modern, and reliable.

I’m excited to start sharing this next chapter soon.

LumeFrost is moving forward.

I want to share an early look at one of the most important parts of LumeFrost: Staff OS.

Staff OS is the private internal workspace I’m building for authorized LumeFrost team members. Its purpose is to help staff stay organized, understand their responsibilities, support customers clearly, protect customer information, and work together without losing important context.

The video focuses on the Support Specialist experience, but Staff OS is being designed around several future roles, including:

• Support Specialist
• Billing Specialist
• Site Specialist
• Domain Specialist
• Operations Manager

Each role will eventually have focused tools, responsibilities, and permissions based on what that person needs to do their job well.

To me, this is more than just a dashboard. It is part of the operational foundation for how I want LumeFrost to function as it grows: with accountability, privacy, clear communication, documented decisions, and genuine respect for customers.

Staff OS is still in development. I am not presenting this as a finished enterprise system. It still needs real beta testing, security review, accessibility review, documentation, and honest feedback from real users.

But I’m sharing it now because I want people to see how seriously I’m approaching LumeFrost, not only as a product, but as a future company, workplace, and customer-support system.

After watching, I would appreciate your honest thoughts:

• What stood out to you?
• What would you improve?
• Would you be interested in beta testing LumeFrost?
• Could you see yourself contributing to one of these roles as the platform grows?

This is still early, but every piece I build is helping shape the bigger vision for LumeFrost.

In our upcoming video, we will go over the actual LumeFrost platform itself.

Hey everyone 👋

I recently started working as a graphic designer at Vector-Man, and I wanted to offer something helpful to local businesses and creators.

If you have a logo or graphic that is:
• blurry
• low-resolution
• only exists as a JPG/PNG
• won’t print cleanly
• looks rough on signs, shirts, or banners

I can rebuild it as a clean, professional vector graphic that works at any size — from business cards to billboards.

I specialize in:
• logo vectorization
• recreating old or damaged logos
• cleaning up edges and curves
• preparing files for print, signage, embroidery, and web

I’m currently offering fast turnaround (often within 24 hours) and very affordable pricing, especially for simple logo cleanups.

If you want your logo to actually look sharp everywhere it’s used, feel free to comment or DM — happy to take a look and let you know what’s possible.

LumeFrost Project Packages

I get asked a lot how I structure projects, so I wanted to share a clear overview of the packages I currently offer.

Every build is custom — no templates, no page builders — and designed around how each business actually operates. Whether you need a simple launch site or a full internal system, the goal is the same: build something clean, fast, and fully owned by you.

Here’s how projects are typically structured:

🔹 Launch Package
A fast, professional one-page site for new or local businesses that need to get online quickly and look polished from day one.

🔹 Growth Package
For businesses ready to expand — multiple custom pages, performance optimization, and analytics to support long-term growth.

🔹 Business Package
Turns your website into a real business tool with secure logins, admin dashboards, workflows, reports, and integrations built directly into the site.

🔹 Enterprise Package (Coming Soon)
Designed for complex systems and long-term scale, including self-hosted infrastructure and access to the full LumeFrost platform when it launches.

These packages are starting points — every project is scoped based on what the business actually needs.

If you’re curious which option fits your situation, or want to talk through an idea, feel free to message me or reach out through the site.

LumeFrost Update

I wanted to share a quick update on where things are at with LumeFrost.

Over the past few months, I’ve been focused on building and refining the LumeFrost Enterprise (self-hosted) platform and around 40 products, designed to provide enterprise-level features and long-term flexibility. As that work continues, I’m shifting my day-to-day focus toward delivering high-quality, per-client websites and business applications.

Right now, I’m building individual client projects, each deployed separately on Vercel and held to the same production standards I apply to enterprise systems.

For these builds, I’m using Supabase for authentication, database, storage, real-time features, and CDN delivery. This approach is fast, reliable, and practical for clients who don’t need enterprise-level self-hosting yet, while still allowing everything to be built cleanly, correctly, and with full ownership in mind.

All of the systems and products I’ve been developing are designed with the enterprise platform as the end goal, and many of those capabilities are being adapted into individual client sites until the full LumeFrost Enterprise dashboard/platform is ready.

As January projects wrap up, I plan to resume more focused work on the self-hosted LumeFrost Enterprise solution in the coming months.

For now, my priority is finishing client projects with care — emphasizing clear ownership, strong performance, and upgrade paths already built in.

If you’re looking for a custom website or business application built around how your business actually runs, feel free to reach out.
