SENECA CUSTOMERS — SERVICE UPDATE

Downtime during today’s permanent repair work should be minimal.

If your service does not come back online within a few minutes, please power cycle your modem by unplugging it from power, waiting about 30 seconds, and plugging it back in.

We expect all work to be completed by 6:00 PM today, August 19, 2026.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience while we complete these final repairs.

⚠️ KRAUS CABLE TV – WEATHER-RELATED OUTAGE UPDATE ⚠️

Due to severe weather and downed power lines, we are currently experiencing service outages throughout several Kraus Cable TV service areas.

Areas currently affected include:

• Seneca: All Kraus Cable TV service areas
• Woodsmoke
• Elwood: South side and downtown area
• Manhattan: Lieland Bridge, White Feather, Ranch Oaks, Century East, the older part of Manhattan, Butternut, Stonegate, Hanover Estates, Heather Glen, and areas along Baker Road and Shearer Road

Our crews are already on site and working to restore service as quickly as possible. Restoration times will depend heavily on conditions surrounding the downed power lines and when it is safe for our crews to access the affected equipment.

The safety of our employees and the community comes first.

Most importantly, we hope everyone is safe. We are extremely thankful that our communities appear to have been spared.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while our crews work to get everyone back online.

We are primarily seeing this issue on newer TVs purchased from stores like Sam’s Club and Walmart, though it may also affect TVs bought online.
