We are currently performing emergency repairs on an optical transmitter that has failed, impacting service in the Country Acres and River Road areas of Seneca, Illinois.

Our team is actively working to restore service as quickly as possible, and we expect the issue to be resolved shortly.

Our planned maintenance has been extended and expanded.

We will now be performing a firmware upgrade on all CMTS equipment across all service areas beginning at 1:00 AM Wednesday, March 25th.

Service interruptions are expected, but most customers should experience downtime of 30 minutes or less.
