It is said that "charity begins at home". For us, NStarX is one family of North Stars. We believe in the " " philosophy. As a civic society and place where we grow together as loving individuals and good citizens, our and having right are important. Knowing your rights and duties are very important part of your workplace environment where we all spend one-third of our lives everyday.

We recently organized a talk by a renowned Ms M Savithri, on the aspects of Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and the awareness for the same. It is important that every individual irrespective of their gender should be aware of their responsibilities and accountability towards a better working environment and guardrails in our civic engagements.

Thank you to every North Stars to be actively participate and be aware of your rights and responsibilities..

Thank you SMPTE Rocky Mountain leaders for having NStarX leader Ganesh Sharma Tyagali come over and provide our perspective on how in the hashtag and industry is bringing up the good, the bad and the ugly side of AI.

is a major celestial event that all the North Starts in the USA are excited about.

Total are relatively rare events at any given location. The path of totality for the 2024 eclipse will pass through parts of , offering a unique opportunity for millions of people to experience the phenomenon without the need for extensive travel. The last total solar eclipse visible from North America occurred in 2017, and after 2024, the next one won't be until 2044 for some parts of the U.S.

Interestingly, Solar eclipses offer unique conditions for , particularly of the sun's — the outer atmosphere, which is difficult to observe under normal circumstances. Eclipses allow researchers to study the corona's structure, dynamics, and its influence on space weather. This can lead to better understanding and forecasting of solar storms that can impact Earth's satellite communications and power grids.
