NTI continues to develop better and more purposeful leaders through the DAME Leadership Academy 👏

Our NTI teams recently kicked off Session 1 on Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Presence and Influence, led by the organization's CEO Ed Dame.

Through interactive discussions, small-group collaboration, and hands-on activities, we gained practical insights into:
✔️ Recognizing emotional triggers and building self-awareness
✔️ Understanding how personality styles shape leadership strengths
✔️ Leading change with empathy
✔️ Managing team dynamics and emotions effectively
✔️ Strengthening behaviors that elevate leadership presence

And as a bonus, each participant received a copy of Dare to Lead by Brené Brown—reinforcing the academy’s commitment to courageous, impactful leadership.

One of the most valuable aspects of the program continues to be the opportunity for leaders across NTI to connect, share perspectives, and learn from one another (a company Happy Hour afterwards also helps to build team connection).
