All of us at JTC are excited to share some amazing news! Our Executive Vice President & Director of Operations, Kristen West, has been named a 2026 nominee for the Influential Women Award by Prince William Living.
If you’ve interacted with JTC, chances are you’ve spoken with Kristen. She has been a vital part of our organization for more than 20 years, playing an instrumental role in overseeing day-to-day operations and helping guide the company’s strategic growth over the years. You may have even heard her voice when calling many of the businesses in the local area where her voice is on approximately 100 different business phone systems!
Beyond JTC, you may also recognize Kristen from her long-standing involvement with the Greater Manassas Christmas Parade or through her work with Volunteer Prince William, where she is currently serving as Interim Executive Director.

Beyond her professional role, Kristen serves as an active board member of Volunteer Prince William, where she has helped expand programs that support local families. She also plays a leading role in the community holiday program, ensuring families experience care, generosity, and support throughout the season.
Her nominator described her as “a leader whose vision, integrity, and dedication inspire those around her,” noting her ability to empower colleagues while remaining deeply committed to service.
Kristen is being nominated for consistently demonstrating leadership rooted in integrity, mentorship, and community responsibility, thereby strengthening both organizations and individuals through her example.
