Everyone at JTC is incredibly proud of this well-deserved nomination! It was truly an honor for several members of our team to be there, celebrating not only this special recognition, but also the inspiring accomplishments of every woman nominated for this remarkable award.

The evening was a powerful reminder of the dedication, leadership, and passion that so many women bring to our community each and every day. From strengthening organizations to uplifting those around them, the impact of these nominees is both meaningful and lasting.

Congratulations to all of the award winners and nominees! Your commitment to serving and strengthening our community truly shines, and we were grateful to be part of such an inspiring celebration last night.

Last night was truly unforgettable! The Volunteer Prince William team had the incredible honor of attending the Prince William Living Influential Women Awards Ceremony, and it was nothing short of inspiring.

The evening was filled with remarkable women who have helped shape our community through their leadership, generosity, and unwavering dedication to giving back. From leading businesses and nonprofits to serving in boardrooms and championing important causes, these women continue to make an extraordinary impact every single day.

It was a powerful night of connection, celebration, and recognition for the many nominees—both past and present—whose passion and commitment help make our community stronger, more vibrant, and full of opportunity. Words truly can’t capture just how inspiring each of these women are and the difference they continue to make.

We were especially proud to be there supporting our Interim Executive Director, Kristen West, on her nomination. Her dedication to Volunteer Prince William, to those around her, and to our community is truly remarkable. We are endlessly grateful for the impact she makes every day, along with the incredible 21 years she has devoted to JTC, Inc.

All of us at JTC are excited to share some amazing news! Our Executive Vice President & Director of Operations, Kristen West, has been named a 2026 nominee for the Influential Women Award by Prince William Living.

If you’ve interacted with JTC, chances are you’ve spoken with Kristen. She has been a vital part of our organization for more than 20 years, playing an instrumental role in overseeing day-to-day operations and helping guide the company’s strategic growth over the years. You may have even heard her voice when calling many of the businesses in the local area where her voice is on approximately 100 different business phone systems!

Beyond JTC, you may also recognize Kristen from her long-standing involvement with the Greater Manassas Christmas Parade or through her work with Volunteer Prince William, where she is currently serving as Interim Executive Director.

We are incredibly proud of Kristen and deeply grateful for her leadership, dedication, and commitment to both our organization and the community. Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved recognition!
