Update: If your Citizens Fiber service is still out, and your power is back on, the issue is likely specific to your address.
Try unplugging your router from the power source for 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and allow a few minutes for your router to restart.
Still down? Give us a call at 724-423-5777.

Attention Customers:
The recent storms have caused a loss of service for some of our customers. As soon as conditions are safe, our crews will begin restoring service to those affected.

In many cases, we’re unable to begin repairs until the power company completes its restoration work first.

If your power has been restored but your service is still not working, please call us at 724-423-5777 so we can prioritize your repair.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get everyone back online.
