As AI workloads drive demand for higher-density data centers, integrated infrastructure and advanced liquid cooling solutions are becoming essential to supporting the next generation of digital infrastructure.

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) has merged with 3C to form 3C Datalec, creating a global liquid cooling and data center services platform with projected 2026 revenue exceeding US$400 million.

The combination brings together expertise in liquid cooling, mechanical and electrical engineering, manufacturing, connectivity and facilities management, providing data center operators with integrated solutions from design through operations.

With approximately 1,000 team members and active projects across 16 countries, 3C Datalec plans to expand its global presence, hire 200 engineers and open new facilities in Poland, Canada and the United States over the next 12 months.

Oscar has appointed Paul Lynch as Senior Vice President of Sales to lead global sales and commercial growth. Lynch brings more than two decades of experience in cybersecurity, threat hunting and enterprise analytics, including leading worldwide sales at Sqrrl Data, later acquired by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The appointment supports Oscar’s expansion into the commercial market, building on six years of work with public-sector organizations. Its internet mapping and security intelligence capabilities help enterprises gain visibility into their digital and physical infrastructure and identify potential threats.
