Austin delivered, but it was the people who made this year's Syskoplan Reply US Company Event truly unforgettable.

As a consulting organization, we always support clients from different locations and in different roles. This week in Austin gave us the opportunity to get the band back together.

We came together to reconnect, collaborate, and celebrate another year of growth and success. From a welcome dinner with new and familiar faces to leadership updates, the event provided time to reflect on our achievements, discuss our strategy, and look ahead to the future to ensure our culture shines and successful partnerships with our clients continue.

We also welcome a special guest speaker Bob Sakalas who shared SAP's offering and use cases on AI, its impact on the SAP ecosystem, and how organizations can prepare for what's next.
One of the standout moments was our corporate band team-building activity, where teams rewrote and performed popular songs inspired by SAP, our clients, and life at Syskoplan Reply. The creativity, teamwork, and laughter perfectly captured the spirit of our organization.

We wrapped up the event with our Western Chic-themed awards dinner and annual Peer-to-Peer Awards, recognizing colleagues who go above and beyond for our clients, teammates, and company culture.

A special thank you to everyone who participated, presented, and helped make the event a success, especially Stephanie Palma, Sofia Di Stefano, and Megan Kamerling. We leave Austin with stronger connections, fresh ideas, and renewed energy for the year ahead!

As we continue building out our competencies at Syskoplan Reply, we are seeing increasing demand from customers and prospects for Line-of-Business (LOB) solutions — both alongside and independent of core SAP Cloud ERP transformation initiatives.

As part of this strategy, we are expanding our capabilities across Supply Chain and related business processes, with a particular focus on areas where we see growing market demand. One area of renewed customer interest is planning and supply chain transformation.

To bring additional expertise and focus to this space, we are pleased to welcome Rahul Kumar Agarwal back to Syskoplan Reply as our SAP IBP and Advanced Planning Practice Director.

Rahul brings extensive expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning, supply chain planning, and strategic solution delivery. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations improve planning maturity, enhance responsiveness, and make more informed decisions through scalable, business-focused SAP solutions.

In his new role, Rahul will lead our SAP IBP and Advanced Planning Practice, focused on helping clients turn complex supply chain challenges into real planning solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes. This new practice will further expand our planning capabilities while complementing the broader Supply Chain team led by Bruce Horwath, MIS.

We’re excited to have Rahul back on board and look forward to the impact he’ll make for our clients, our partners, and our team.
