We are proud to announce that Darlene Reese has been selected to serve on the Standards Development Committee for the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). Chosen through a competitive process, Darlene will represent the for-profit sector alongside a globally diverse group of leaders from nonprofit, government, and private organizations. As the leader of Ellis and Associates' IACET accreditation since 2012, she brings deep expertise in standards-based education and training to this important work.

In this role, Darlene will help shape the future of the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard - the benchmark that defines how high-quality training programs are designed, delivered and evaluated worldwide.

She will contribute to the technical development of the standard, participate in formal review and consensus-building, and help ensure alignment with leading practices in instructional design and adult learning.
