- Is the Wireless EMV solution used only for payment communication? Does the dispenser communication still require a 2-wire?

That is correct, we recommend the wireless for CRIND only and utilizing your existing 2-wire for the pump data. We do have another solution AWCLETHS that can be used in conjunction with the wireless to run dispenser communication wirelessly as well. We only recommend this if your 2-wire is bad and using it isn’t an option.

- Are there challenges that have been seen with using the wireless solution on the backcourt?

We are often used in the backcourts as well as the forecourts. Depending on the site layout, a second Access Point may be needed for the backcourt. We’re happy to explain the logic and how to determine whether you can use 1 AP, 1 AP and possibly an external antenna or if you need two APs.
