Hourly plus commission sales base job.
Responsible for providing superior customer
satisfaction to all Metro by T-Mobile customers, in an effort to achieve store and sales obiectives.
While applying the principles of the Dynamic
Organization, our prepaid sales associate is
directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers, creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
• Greet all customers in a professional, friendly,
and timely manner, including answering phones.
• Respond to customer inquiries and process
customer requests, including but not limited to name, address and rate changes; update
customer account after every transaction,
suspensions, disconnects, and taking payments; resolving problems related to equipment, billing, and service.
• Achieve or surpass individual sales targets for products and services which would include New Customer sales, Upgrades, Accessories, and Features on a weekly/monthly basis while
achieving the highest level of customer
satisfaction.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new
business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
• Responsible for opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including and but not limited to cash handling and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
• Support and conduct all functions within a retail store by complying with policies and procedures.
These areas include: inventory counts, store
appearance maintenance, and individual work
area according to the retail store standards.
• Participate in all required Metro by T-Mobile
training programs and meetings.
• Support all functions within a retail store by
complying with company standards
• Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as
assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong written and interpersonal
communication skills.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends
and holidays as required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Retail Sales experience preferred.
• Cellular industry experience preferred.
Spanish/Bilingual preferred.
