Allen Integrated Assemblies (AIA) recent acquisition of a MIRTEC MV-3 Omni 3D AOI machine represents a significant addition to our SMT Inspections operation. The advanced capabilities of the MV-3 Omni 3D AOI machine are proving to be highly effective across the entire spectrum of the PCB assemblies manufactured at AIA.

As the software and GUI are evolved from earlier MIRTEC equipment, and AIA has used MIRTEC AOI equipment exclusively for almost 20 years, our AOI operators and programmers have been able to become proficient on the MV-3 Omni 3 very quickly.

AIA has an immediate need for an Associate Manufacturing Engineer!

Duties include:

1. Study job requirements and creates manufacturing documentation to be utilized by the assemblers on the production floor

2. Communicate with customers and internal team on corrections or changes to the design/assembly.

3. Respond to any production questions or inquiries by customers or assemblers.

4. Meet with customers, representing the company, on client site visits.

5. Devises labor estimates on all assemblies produced by AIA

6. Responsible for initiating and finalizing CCOs (Customer Change Orders)

7. Develops all new production structures and loads then into QAD (MRP System).

8. Serves as back up to Account Manager.

Education requirements: Associates Degree in Electronics (or related technical field) preferred or 5 years direct experience in a related role can be considered.
