Meet our amazing Event Coordinator for External Events & Weddings!

If Noelle could have any superpower, she’d choose to fly! Her favorite part of the job? Connecting with people face-to-face and turning their event dreams into reality.

Fun fact: she can touch her nose with her tongue!

When she’s not busy making magic happen, you’ll find her cozying up with a good book and some homemade banana chocolate chip bread (it’s elite, trust us!). She also loves getting her nails done, embracing all things girly, and cherishing time with friends and family — her favorite people!

Snack of choice at work? Gushers, of course! 🍬 And if she had to pick a survival menu, it would definitely be Mexican food and iced coffee! 🌮☕️

We were thrilled to host the Liberty Worship Collective for an incredible training week at our facility!

Over the course of the week, our spaces transformed from traditional classrooms into vibrant vocal studios, worship rooms, and band practice areas.

With 47 talented students split between vocalists and instrumentalists, the space buzzed with energy as they formed 4 bands, all performing simultaneously under the guidance of one inspiring worship director. The synergy and creativity were truly something to behold!

The energy was electric as the team utilized every corner of our facility to enhance their skills and collaborate in new and inspiring ways. It was a privilege to support their journey of growth and excellence in worship.

A heartfelt thank you to the Liberty Worship Collective for making the most of our spaces and bringing such enthusiasm and creativity to LMCC. We can’t wait to see the amazing impact of all that you’ve learned and can’t wait to partner with you again in the future!

Welcome to LMCC 103!

103 is our smallest, most intimate room at the Liberty Mountain Conference Center. 103 has a large conference table that takes up most of the room, making it the only room in the LMCC that always remains the same layout. Fifteen comfortable office-style rolling chairs fit around this table, with some stationary chairs along the wall for extra guests.

The conference table has built-in electrical ports for laptops and tablets to easily be charged. Presenters can plug their laptops into our lectern with the HDMI cord provided and have easy presenting capabilities. The lectern connects to our built-in screen and projector, along with the wall speakers. The whiteboard on the wall can be used for easy note-taking or collaboration, and if you're using the screen but need a whiteboard at the same time, feel free to ask us for one of our rolling boards!

Bringing food? Ask us for a table or two to lay out your spread!

Meet Kendall! She is our lead coordinator at the Liberty Mountain Conference Center.

Originally from a small town in Western Massachusetts, Kendall received a double major in English and History in 2020. As one of the many pandemic graduates, her post-college life was delayed a bit. Once COVID restrictions were lifted, she was ready to pursue her future in events. Although having nothing to do with her two degrees, Kendall had been passionate about events for years. She had run a small personal event planning business for family and friends for over 5 years and assisted with many events at her home church.

Her passion for events and serving others led her to the Liberty University Events team in January of 2023. Over the last year and a half, she has been overseeing the LMCC. She coordinates hundreds of events and serves both internal and external customers. Her favorite events to work are the ones that cause trouble and keep her busy.

We asked Kendall which events have really allowed her to showcase the facilities best. She mentioned multiple customers and events she has enjoyed and what makes them stand out. Dodson Pest Control has their annual meeting and Christmas party that makes the LMCC shine in both a corporate and celebratory way. Mary Kay workshops and conferences bring literal sparkle and shine and show the diversity of the space. The Centra Health Symposiums and Conferences use the entire LMCC and really show the flexibility of using all the rooms at the center. Kendall was asked what type of event she would like to host at the LMCC that she has not done already, and she mentioned wanting the opportunity to coordinate a Gala or upscale event. She feels like LMCC is a canvas that is waiting for the right client to come along and transform it.

Established in 2014, the LMCC has been serving Liberty University and the Lynchburg community for the last decade. The LMCC is a premier event venue with a focus on serving others, and our goal is to help you have the most successful event possible.
