Most businesses have no idea what happens in the 60 seconds after someone hits "submit."
We do, because we check.
Did the form actually fire? Did it land in an inbox someone monitors, or a folder nobody opens? Did it trigger a notification? Did it get tracked — or did it vanish into a JavaScript error nobody caught for eight months?
We have found forms silently failing on live websites. Real people, real interest, filling out a form that went absolutely nowhere.
Before we spend a dollar sending traffic to a page, we make sure the page can actually receive it.
Unglamorous work. Also the most expensive thing to get wrong.
