This is my first time making a coconut cake without my mom's physical guidance...let alone creating my own recipe. She used go make these cakes almost annually for the holidays when I was a kid. My mom's spirit was all up and through my kitchen while I made this coconut cake. She taught me all I know about baking.❤️
